Natural Inputs

Natural Inputs

from 4.99

Natural Inputs are made from pure plant and/or fruit material extracted to their finest form. We have specialized in the process of harvesting the “fruits of nature” foraged from our gardens and Nature. These juices are rich in probiotics, hormones, vitals of life and nutrients that are beneficial to our plant feed. We and others are teaching many how to make these products on their own. Please refer to the News tab on our Website for more information. We also offer a free feeding poster full of Natural Farming information for download. We are just as happy to promote the process as we are to help you along the way. We recognize that many people are too busy with life or do not have the resources to keep up with making Natural Inputs. We work on a first come first serve basis. Special orders are taken by request at countryrootsltd@gmail.com

Vegetative Feed 8oz or 32oz sample sizes - A dynamic mix of greens. Fine plant extracts collected from Nature and our Gardens. We primarily use green vegetative materials rich in enzymes, microorganisms, plant sap, nutrients and chlorophylls. Plants love plants, so feed the plants with a diversity of plants beneficial to life. The plant material we forage for consist of extracts of Comfrey, Nettle, Horsetail, Dandelion, Thistle, Aloe, Rhubarb, Fern, Herbs and Dynamic Weeds grown in Northern Michigan. We also mix in vegetables from the garden such as Carrot, Kale, Avocado, Clover, Tomato, Squash, etc. These plants are great for us and our plants. The materials we use are essential to life, health and have been thriving in Nature far before humans. Be proud of what you feed your plants. We often say that our plants eat better than we do.

Recommended use

  • 4ml-8ml/gal drench during Vegetation Period 3-4x/week.

  • 1:1000 foliar during Vegetation/ Early Bloom Period.

  • No need to over feed. May be mixed in with tea amendments.

  • Always watch pH while feeding your plants. Keep the pH between 6.0-7.0.

  • We prefer to use a Natural Vinegar to lower pH; basic sea salts and minerals to bring the pH up.

Early Bloom (1-4 weeks), vegetative / under-ripe fruit bloom feed rich with the nutrition and enzymes need to optimize plant grown and structure. We need to keep our plants healthy and thriving during the early bloom feed, we do not want to fade or loose strength during this stage of plant life. We mix feeds and introduce fruit by ripeness and flavors through flower. Fruits are a major source in potassium, phosphorous, and a micro nutrient source. Portions of our Vegetate Feed material mixed with Banana, Plum, Peach, Nectarine, Mango, Papaya, Apple and many others all make great bloom feed. We avoid Citrus and highly Acidic fruits in this feed.

Recommended use

  • 4ml-8ml/gal drench during Early Bloom (0 to 4 weeks) with Herbal Nutrients and Microbes.

  • 1:1000 foliar during Early Bloom Period.

  • No need to over feed. May be mixed in with tea amendments.

  • Always watch pH while feeding your plants. Keep the pH between 6.0-7.0.

  • We prefer to use a Natural Vinegar to lower pH; basic sea salts and minerals to bring the pH up.

Late Bloom (4-8+ weeks), here we use a sweet honey, nectar, ripe fruit bloom feed. We desire fruits of Nature rich with Phosphorous, Potassium, Nutrition and Enzymes needed to optimize fruit/flower of wholesome, characteristic terpene flavonoids. We want our plants to ripen and mature for harvest. Remember to avoid heavy N+ and compost feed in the later stages of Bloom/Flower. In this stage of flower ripeness, we focus on Microbes to feed the soil tailored with nectars of a few combinations of the following overripe fruits mixed with: Plantain, Kiwi, Plum, Peach, Mango, and many others that all make great bloom feed. We avoid overly Citrus and highly Acidic fruits in this feed.

Recommended use

  • 4ml-8ml/gal drench during Late Bloom (4-8+ weeks), with Herbal Nutrients and Microbes.

  • We avoid foliar during this stage unless fighting a pest. If so, keep good fan coverage and mix IPM (integrated pest management) solution. Spray a focused spray covering the underside of plant canopy, lightly to the top if needed.

  • No need to over feed. We only use simple microbial teas in late bloom.

  • Always watch pH while feeding your plants. Keep the pH between 6.0-7.0 when drenching.

  • We prefer to use a Natural Vinegar to lower pH; basic sea salts and minerals to bring the pH up.
